intro to birding

June 1, 2020
5:30pm - 6:30pm 30

Interested in birding? You're in the right place.

Whether you’re spending more time gazing out your window or getting out onto the trails, birding is a joyous hobby that one can pick up at any point in time.

But where to start? What resources to use? What are some basic bird ID skills?

Volunteers from the Audubon Society of the Capital Region (ASCR) and bird enthusiasts Laetitia and Eliza have teamed up to bring you a live Birding 101 webinar. They’ll cover the basics: from how to use binoculars to how to collect clues to successfully ID your first bird. They’ll also share some gorgeous photos along the way.

WHEN
