The evening will begin with a brief presentation that describes the Southern Palmertown region, defines the goals of the planning process, and provides case studies of planning initiatives for similar areas in other places.  The workshop will then transition into an interactive session, where participants will share their local knowledge and offer perspectives on what they’d like to see for the region in the future. Every participant will be encouraged to locate existing resources and identify emerging opportunities for conservation, outdoor recreation, and economic development by marking up maps of the Southern Palmertown region.

This workshop is just the beginning of a community planning process for the Southern Palmertown region, and your input at this stage will help us develop a strategy that is responsive to local values and concerns. If you would like additional information about the public workshop, please see the flyer above and/or contact Maria Trabka at Saratoga PLAN (518-587-5554 or maria@saratogaplan.org). We hope to see you on Wednesday, December 13th, at 6pm!

If you are unable to attend but are interested in this project and finding out more, please let us know. Thanks!
