Chef Julia Sanzen, of Farmers Hardware, will bring one of her signature dishes to Feast of the Fields 2018!

Saratoga PLAN welcomes her back to Feast for a second time. Chef Sanzen’s Farmers Hardware, located in the former warehouse of the hardware store of the same name, specializes in breakfast, lunch, and brunch, along with a welcoming happy hour. The restaurant’s brunch hall concept is modeled after the great open and airy American food halls like Boston’s Quincy Market or Union Market in Washington, DC. They can accommodate over 100 guests comfortably at large communal tables on three floors and in the sunny courtyard.

Chef Sanzen cooked alongside celebrity chefs Rocco DiSpirito and Jean Georges in New York City. One of her special dishes is her signature Eggs Shorty (Bordeaux braised short ribs Benedict, with poached egg and browned butter hollandaise). Yum!
