To our lovely volunteers,

Feast of the Fields is back! Last year the pandemic put a pause on PLAN’s in-person events. This year, things are looking up. As a result, our annual fundraiser and cherished community event is on the calendar for this fall. As always, we need YOUR help to pull it all together.

DETAILS

For the last 15 years, Feast of the Fields has celebrated farmland conservation by organizing a festive, dine-around event featuring locally sourced ingredients prepared by area chefs.

This year, our annual fundraising event is getting a little makeover. We are still committed to sourcing local ingredients and working with regional farms. However, the look and feel of the event has shifted, in part to stay flexible and be mindful of the community’s health and wellbeing.

Volunteers play a key role in the event’s success. Among many other tasks, they source ingredients and visit farms, solicit and organize auction items, help prep marketing materials, and set-up and break down the event site.

Whether you’ve volunteered for PLAN in the past, or are looking to get involved, we’d love for you to join us to learn more. From event planning and auction experience, to simply having a go-get-’em attitude, your skills will be a great fit with us!
