Other Preserved
Properties
The most common way for a landowner to preserve land is through
conservation easement. By selling or donating development rights,
landowners protect in perpetuity their property and its resources.
The terms of the easement are negotiated between the landowner
and Saratoga PLAN. Saratoga PLAN monitors and enforces the terms
of the easement.
