On September 17th, Feast goers will savor Chef Michelle Zawadzki’s country fried goose breast with sweet potato cornbread, sausage gravy and kale chips as well as her wood-fired corn bisque with sheep’s milk crème fraiche, maple syrup and toasted pumpkin seeds.

ZawadzkiChef Michelle Zawadzki is the innovative head chef at the newest location of Druthers Brewing Company located in Wilton, NY. In this new role Chef Michelle has relied upon her extensive experience providing quality cuisine to create an impressive marriage of upscale dining and distinctive pub fare.

Upon graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in 2012, Chef Michelle began her career working under Certified Master Chef Dale Miller at Sperry’s Restaurant located in downtown Saratoga Springs, NY. During her time at Sperry’s she developed a passion for providing high quality dishes in a high volume setting. As a result of this growing passion Chef Michelle departed Sperry’s and sought a new challenge, broadening her culinary range while working under Executive Chef Jason Saunders at Prime at Saratoga National. While at Prime, Chef Michelle excelled in multiple roles and quickly became a rising star among her contemporaries. As a result of her notable distinction, Executive Chef Sean Comiskey sought to elevate Chef Michelle to her current role overseeing the kitchen operations at the second location of Druthers Brewing Company.
