Jason maintains a focus on building strong ties with the community, and working as a team. In his current position as Executive Chef at 2 West Bar & Grille, he aims to create a sustainable food environment in the area by using farm fresh ingredients from within Saratoga County. Using seasonal ingredients and a wide range of tastes, Jason makes a great addition to this year’s Feast of the Fields.
