Saratoga P.L.A.N. Seeks Executive Director - Saratoga P.L.A.N. seeks a skilled, dynamic and collaborative leader to help further our mission of conserving land in Saratoga County while promoting smart growth planning at the local and regional level. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in individual and foundation fundraising and exceptional negotiation and networking skills. The ability to engage volunteers, facilitate groups, and assist in strategic planning and implementation with a nonprofit Board of Directors is essential. Strong communication and organizational management skills are expected. Experience in land conservation, land use planning, and land trust management are desired. Saratoga P.L.A.N. is an established but growing land trust which has preserved over 3,000 acres in fee and easements. Saratoga P.L.A.N. has a committed volunteer base, a 1,000+ membership and an active event calendar including an annual major fundraiser.
