Ewes on Pasture at 3-Corner Field Farm, toured by Internationally known Chef Jason Roberts.? Chef Roberts was in the region at the invitation of Key Bank and participated in community events and a farm tour of a couple of farms that will be used for sourcing the upcoming Saratoga P.L.A.N.'s Feast of the Fields event in September.? The chef also visited Winney's Farm in Schuylerville (blueberries) and participated in an artisan brick-oven baking session at Murray Hollow Breads in Shushan, NY, underscoring part of Saratoga P.L.A.N.'s mission of preserving farm land by supporting local farmers and producers.
