Chef Matthew Secich

“An event like this really showcases our agricultural offerings. To bring in local chefs and chefs from around the country and have them produce such a feast – not many events pull this off.   We started with great products and producers and got the opportunity to showcase them with great culinary chefs.”
Annette Nielson, Farm Liaison and Food Writer

“We’re in a high growth area and have been enjoying economic growth, it’s important we preserve the assets of the region that attracts this growth.”
Jim Rossi, owner, Saratoga Polo

Chef Paul Parker of Chez Sophie in Malta, NY, was very impressed with the professionalism and organization of the event, which featured chefs from 11 restaurants, both local and from as far away as Los Angeles and Palm Beach. " It actually was a very neat event. It was very pretty, very well laid out and relatively simple to do. It seemed to me very successful. It was very well attended and people seemed to be in a mood to support Saratoga P.L.A.N."
